SEXUAL ASSAULT:Rocky Vista University prohibits sexual assault, sexual battery, and other unlawful sexual activity, and offers programs aimed at the prevention of sexual offenses. These offenses are violations of state criminal law as well as the university's Student Code of Conduct.
