This is a cost-effective, easy to use system developed to meet annual training requirements about the Clery Act for individuals identified as Campus Security Authorities.  It also provides necessary Title IX training for individuals identified as Responsible Employees for Title IX reporting. The training was developed by an expert in the Clery Act and Title IX to ensure that participants have the most current and accurate information available regarding their responsibilities as they pertain to these two Federal Laws. The training provides all of the information that a Campus Security Authority needs to function in accordance with the expectations and requirements of the Clery Act and a Responsible Employee needs to know to function in accordance with the expectations and requirements of Title IX. The system will also provide the necessary documentation in the event that the institution is audited by the U.S. Department of Education.

The on-line program allows training to be conducted at your desk and at your convenience with simple web access. Users will also be able to access the courses from most mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones. In addition, the system has security safeguards to ensure the integrity of the training program, comprehension and testing capabilities, as well as the ability to generate comprehensive audit records.

New courses will now be fully compliant with all applicable 508 Standards for visually and hearing impaired users, except permitting the user to skip repetitive navigation links.
